Returns

If you wish to cancel an item(s) during the 7 day cooling off period provided under the Distance Selling Act then please fill in the form on this page with your order number and the reason for the return and then send the item(s) complete to us, including a copy of your original order. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and ensure that they are adequately repackaged so that we receive them undamaged. Any return must be received by us within 30 days of your request otherwise we may refuse any refund after that time. You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage therefore, please ensure that you retain proof of posting when returning any item(s) to us by mail or courier. Boo Box will also accept the return of any item(s) ordered from this site personally to our store providing you have contacted us via the returns form first.  

If you are returning Item(s) to us as faulty we will inspect for the stated fault before proceeding with any refund. If the stated fault does not exist or if any damage is found that has not been caused by a manufacturing defect we will contact you and may return the item to you. You may incur a re-delivery charge if no fault is found.

We will not accept returns for refund by mail or through the store after the 7 day cooling off period unless there is a defect in the item(s).

This form is for customers who have purchased Boo Box products from our website and not eBay and wish to return an item(s) either for credit / refund (7 day cooling off period), defect refund or repair. If you need to return any item ordered from our eBay store please go to your eBay account / purchase history and open a returns request from there. Please complete the sections as applicable. By using this form it will greatly assist us in processing your request as quickly as possible.
