UK and Ireland Mainland Deliveries
All orders received before 2.00 pm (UK time) on a working day** will be processed that day using your chosen delivery option displayed on the shopping bag page and subject to stock availability. If we have any stock shortages or any problem with delivery to your address we shall notify you as soon as possible.
Whilst every effort to complete delivery to you will be made, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to you by any delay in delivery completion.
We use Royal Mail First Class Signed as our main UK delivery service -this service is not tracked. For UK mainland our aim is
1-2 working days for delivery. Northern Ireland, Ireland, The Isle of Man and some remote areas of Scotland may take longer. City Link deliveries are tracked and should arrive on the next working day from dispatch.
We will not accept any liability for failure to deliver any goods within a specified timescale or any damage caused by any events beyond our control.

Europe & International
We use Royal Mail Airsure Tracked delivery to 21 European and 8 International countries, check your country here. Delivery times will vary but Royal Mail try to deliver two working days after posting to Western Europe, four working days after posting to Eastern Europe and postal subsidiaries (Islands and Principalities) and six working days after posting to the Rest of the World - these delivery times are not guaranteed and some areas may have require a customs check before releasing and goods which can add to these quoted delivery times.
For all other countries we use Royal Mail Airmail, this service is not tracked and delivery times can vary from 5 - 21 working days from posting. Some areas may have require a customs check before releasing and goods and this can add to delivery times.
